“Defeat is not the worst of failures. Not to have tried is the true failure” – George Edward Woodberry
To run the entire distance between the most southern and the most northern points on mainland Scotland.
No walking. Not a single step.
Not everything goes to plan.
Following my West to East run across Scotland in 2015, I always knew I wanted to attempt the South to North route. Turned out I wasn’t as ready as I thought I was and had to abandon the run on the beautiful shores of Loch Lomond due to injury.
Ah well, at least it was a nice day…
|Start||Mull of Galloway|
|Finish||Balmaha, Loch Lomond|
|Date||18 – 23 June 2016|
